Yiesha Jones is from Delight/Antoine/Okolona, Arkansas. She graduated University of Arkansas at Little Rock with bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice, Henderson University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and law school at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Prior to law, Yiesha has worked as a mental health paraprofessional for children with mental and developmental disorders and was a volunteer Resident Assistant for 3 years helping to house aged out foster youth. She is also certified as an attorney ad litem. She chose a career in family law because she realized the gap between parenting issues and access to justice and wanted to be a part of bridging that gap.

Yiesha has a big family, and her favorite past time is spending time with them by enjoying summer weather and gathering on the patio, for family dinner at each holiday, and for Friday fish nights. She also is very involved with her little cousins whom she refers to as her nephews and niece. Yiesha enjoys tv and film in her spare time and is a true crime aficionado. She enjoys the beach on vacation and hopes to travel more in the future. She collects coffee mugs from each state or country she visits. Besides helping people through law, she has a life goal of having a screen play or book published.

Lisa Harrison is a supervisory paralegal primarily working in the family law division of AR Family Law. She has been a paralegal longer than any teenager you know has been alive.
​
She loves working in family law and enjoys helping clients in their moment of need. She is a Texarkana native and 1989 graduate of Arkansas High School. She has a little sister who is also a paralegal working for the 102nd District Prosecutor’s Office in Texas. Lisa has worked in the legal field for 29 years, with 27 years as a paralegal.
​
Her vast legal experience includes work in personal injury law, criminal law, bankruptcy, domestic relations, probate and estate planning, oil and gas, and civil litigation. Prior to coming to AR Family Law, Lisa has worked as an office manager for a Texarkana firm and a supervisory paralegal at a Little Rock firm
​
She has additionally worked as the Deputy City Clerk for Texarkana in which she worked directly with the Mayor and City Manager. She retired from criminal law after the deaths of two friends and she became a full-time family law paralegal upon moving to Little Rock. Lisa loves sports. She played softball from age 5 to 33 and attends as many Razorback games as she can.

She also enjoys spending time on Lake Hamilton, playing golf, and attending concerts, food truck festivals, and Arkansas Travelers baseball games. She now lives in downtown Little Rock and enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and best friend, Jase, her children, and her granddaughter (the world’s most perfect human being), Landry.
​
As a single parent for most of her children’s lives, Lisa is an extremely hard worker but is also very family-oriented.
​
When her children were growing up, she worked as many as four jobs at one time but still made time for her children, traveling all over the state for her son’s baseball games and her daughter’s dance competitions.
​
Lisa’s most memorable and precious memories are walking her daughter down the aisle and watching the birth of her granddaughter. Lisa is an invaluable part of the AR Family Law family.

Meet Gris Rodriguez, the friendly face behind the scenes at AR Family Law. Affectionately known as “Grey” or simply Gris, she brings warmth and expertise to her role as an Intake Specialist.
​
Originally from Veracruz, Mexico, Gris’s childhood dreams oscillated between exploring the depths of the ocean as a marine biologist or uncovering ancient artifacts as an archaeologist. However, her journey took her on a different path, leading her to study International Relations on a full scholarship while teaching English and German to her community. She even served as the president of the first women-only student representation of International Relations at her university.
​
Gris’s diverse background includes internships in government agencies and consulting groups in Mexico City, as well as a transformative year as a Rotary Youth Exchange Ambassador in Germany. Alongside her professional pursuits, she volunteered at a rehabilitation center for kids in Veracruz, showcasing her commitment to giving back.
​
What sets Gris apart is her genuine passion for connecting with people. Whether she’s listening intently to their stories or offering assistance, she thrives on making a difference in people’s lives. It’s this empathy and dedication that make her a valuable asset to the AR Family Law team.
​
Outside of work, Gris is a language enthusiast, fluent in English, Spanish, and German, with a knack for picking up new languages like French, Russian, and Mandarin. When she’s not immersed in linguistic pursuits, you’ll likely find her lost in the pages of a book, indulging in a Harry Potter marathon, or spending quality time with her feline companion, Draco Malfoy, who proudly dons the colors of Slytherin.

David was born and raised in North Little Rock and lived in Palm Beach, FL and Charleston, SC for the most of his life before moving back to Arkansas. He’s a big Razorback and college football fan. He loves to hike and did 200 miles on the Appalachian trail southern terminus He also loves white water rafting, golf, working on projects around the house, and anything outdoors. He has a passion for helping people.
